About

Mr. Gu Jianping is the Board Member and the General Manager of Shanghai Tower Construction and Development Co., Ltd.
Mr. Gu graduated from Tongji University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture and has an EMBA degree from China Europe International Business School (CEIBS). Mr. Gu is Professorate Senior Engineer and has gained the national honorary titles.
Since 2006, Mr. Gu started the project for planning Shanghai Tower and has been in charge of the construction and now operation of this world’s second tallest building and China’s tallest one, with a height of 632 meters and 578,000 sq. meters. He is highly regarded as an international authority in the field of real estate development and management, especially for skyscrapers. Mr. Gu has been the recipients of numerous grants and rewards.
