He is particularly dedicated to in-depth research into super-large real estate projects of more than one million square meters. He has a deep understanding of the inherent laws and value of urban project development and operation, and is good at balancing innovation and functional needs to explore more profound possibilities of projects. Since the 1990s, he has been instrumental in the introduction of phenomenal products including Hangzhou Osmanthus Town, Hangzhou Hope Town, Rose Garden, Hangzhou Mixc Phase II, Hillview Courtyard and Oriental Villa.
