Jay Chang graduated from Feng Chia University -- EMBA in Taiwan with a master's degree in Advanced Executive Management. As the General Manager and CEO of Golden Jade, his professional abilities include construction project management, interior design and decoration engineering, residential community service management and real estate marketing. He led the team to complete the challenging project - Sky Green in Taichung, Taiwan.

In addition to the management of Golden Jade Real Estate Company, Jay Chang also runs the building company Heng Sheng. His main business is to contract the design and construction of private houses, hotels, factories and schools.
