Irene Wai is the General Manager of Kai Shing Management Services, a subsidiary of Sun Hung Kai Properties. Her management portfolio includes high-end residential, shopping malls and office buildings in Hong Kong and China.

She began planning for the management services of the 11-year-old International Commerce Centre (ICC) when the 118-floor tall building (developed and owned by Sun Hung Kai Properties) was still on its drawing board. Under her stewardship, ICC has received over 200 local and international awards -- on environmental protection, energy saving, FM maintenance, service management, security and safety, and community care, etc.
