Federico Garcia Parra is responsible for managing and developing relations with the company’s key global customers, Fortune 500 strategic partners and industry organizations, including CTBUH, New London Architecture (NLA) and International Facility Managers Association (IFMA). Federico also leads Otis’ Customer Advisory Board to engage key stakeholders, with a focus on high-rise buildings repurposing and retrofitting needs, challenges, and decision-making drivers across the world.

In his previous role as Director of Marketing and Communications for Global Major Projects and Key Accounts, Federico supported the development of Otis’ major projects business as well as the company’s high-rise building, transport infrastructure, hospitality, and retail segments worldwide.

Since 2013 Federico also serves as Professor of Practice in marketing for MBA students in several academic institutions in Spain, North America and China. Since 2019 he is a Mentor in NLA’s NextGen program that supports and promotes emerging talent from across the built environment.
