Cem Ozer is a Structural Engineer with over 30 years of professional experience. He has extensive experience in structural design and seismic evaluation of medium to high rise structures in high risk seismic zones.
Graduated from Istanbul Technical University Department Civil Engineering, Mr. Ozer attended and graduated from Earthquake Engineering Master’s Program at State University of New York. He has worked in design of highway structures in the State of New York between 1996 and 2000.
From 2000 till 2004 he has been employed by world renowned Skidmore, Owings & Merrill company as senior structural engineer in their San Francisco Office. Cem Ozer, a Professional Engineer Licensed in California, has served as Lead Project Engineer in several large-scale commercial, residential and office building projects in the United States and Far East Asia.
