Brian has worked on and delivered cost consultancy services on tall buildings for over 20 years both in London and overseas. This experience gives him a unique insight to the cost and commercial drivers whilst appreciating and understanding how these need to interface balance with architectural design and merit necessary to achieve planning and placemaking and more recently the net zero and ESG impacts to deliver a successful project.
