Ben McGregor is Senior Vice President of Investment and Leasing for ICD Brookfield Management Limited, where he represents Brookfield in their Joint Venture with ICD (Investment Corporation of Dubai). He has over 21 Years of real estate experience in Australia, Asia, and the Middle East. McGregor joined ICD Brookfield Management Limited in 2012, as the first Brookfield employee in the Joint Venture and has been involved in the full development life cycle of ICD Brookfield Place from pre-development planning, site acquisition, curation of development mix, and is now responsible for securing the project’s varying income streams. He has a background in valuation, tenant representation, and development management and holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Property Economics) from the University of Western Sydney, Australia.
