Ben is a consulting fire engineer for OFR Consultants Ltd with over seven years’ experience as a consulting fire engineer within the UK. Ben has extensive experience in leading the fire and structural fire safety design for schemes from concept through to construction and ongoing fire safety management. He has a proven track record of delivering efficient design using numerical tools and structural fire engineering modelling to meet client led goals through the application of probabilistic methods and finite element assessments. He is currently working with various clients within the UK market to develop fire safety solutions for the design of mass timber and timber hybrid construction buildings including providing support for compartment fire testing.
