Arjan joined UNStudio in 2019, bringing with him extensive international experience in complex master planning and architectural projects in Europe, China and the Middle East.

He has a broad interest and understanding of cultural diversity proving to be a valuable asset in UNStudio’s global presence and reach. Arjan has led multiple high profile projects ranging from masterplanning and urban strategies to architecture projects including public buildings, industrial complexes and mixed-use high rise through all stages of design and construction. He is specialized in design strategy with a track record in optimization of complex master planning and architectural projects.

Currently Arjan leads the practice of UNStudio Middle East, dedicated as the local liaison for developments in the Middle East. With his all-round experience Arjan is able to oversee and advise stakeholders on all key levels of developments.
