Amie is an Associate Principal in the structural engineering team in the Los Angeles office. Amie has designed, delivered, and managed a wide array of building types including arts and culture, commercial, education, residential, and sports in her 22 years of practice.

Amie is well versed in the seismic analysis of structures including performance based seismic design. She recently concluded two projects with undefined seismic framing systems in Los Angeles. (W)rapper is a 240' tall base-isolated, steel exoskeleton and steel plate shearwall structure.

Since joining Arup in 2002, she has worked in our Boston, London and Los Angeles offices and delivered structural designs and multidisciplinary project management for large- and small-scale projects around the world. Amie has a keen interest in working closely with architects, owners, and other engineering disciplines to develop holistic, pragmatic design solutions.
