Alex Saltzman directs the development of commercial and residential real estate at Alchemy Properties. He is involved with the entire arc of the business from acquisitions and financing through design and construction to sales and leasing.

During his career, Alex has developed well over a million square feet spanning diverse projects in both urban and suburban markets. He specializes in complex acquisitions and developments epitomized by the conversion of The Woolworth Building, a national historic landmark, to superpremium residential condominiums.

Alex holds an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania.
