Alec Rosofsky is the Director of Programming and Events for CTBUH. In this role he leads the development of content strategy and the delivery of live and virtual programs that advance the industry and drive member engagement and growth. Working collaboratively with board members, volunteers, and staff, he serves as overall project manager for CTBUH conferences and other major events, including the annual CTBUH International Conference and the Tall + Urban Innovation Conference. In addition, he manages several juried awards competitions including the Council’s prestigious CTBUH Annual Awards and the Student Design Competition.

Rosofsky has 20 years of association leadership experience across numerous industries including healthcare, technology, and financial services. He holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management and a BA in psychology and Spanish from the University of Rochester. When not working, Alec enjoys cycling, travel, and spending time with family.
