Tokyo High-Rise Reaches Completion

The mixed-use tower forms part of the 1.6-hectare Tokyo World Gate complex in Tokyo’s Toranoman district.

The 180-meter, 38-story Kamiyacho Trust Tower building reached completion on March 16 2020. This high-rise mixed-use tower forms part of the 1.6-hectare Tokyo World Gate complex in Tokyo’s Toranoman district.

Floors three to 30 are dedicated office space with a floor plate of 3,844 square meters and ceiling heights of 2.9 meters. Office tenants include American Express, HIS travel, Japan Tobacco, and WeWork.

Floors 31 to 36 will house the Tokyo EDITION, Toranomon—a luxury 206-room hotel scheduled to open this summer. Floors 37 and 38 feature duplex-style penthouse apartments.
