Three-Tower Complex Proposed for Córdoba, Argentina

A real-estate development called Pocito Real Life, containing a mall with 180 commercial premises and 750 parking spaces, three 110-meter residential towers with 945 apartments, and a coworking space, has been proposed for Córdoba, Argentina. 

Spanning a land plot of​​11,500 square meters, the project is planned to contribute to the urban development of Córdoba, revaluing and integrating the Barrio Güemes and Nueva Córdoba areas, and enhancing the growth within the city’s newest district.

The 127,000-square-meter project is scheduled to rise in three stages, beginning with Tower I, which is slated for retail and parking uses. Construction is estimated to begin in March 2019, concluding in 48 months. Tower II and Tower II are set to reach completion at 72 months and 96 months, respectively.  

The three residential towers will offer a panoramic view of the Cordovan landscape, one- and two-bedroom apartments, and two swimming pools on a 5,000-square-meter green terrace. 

The first five levels of each tower will be allocated to the corporate sector, offering 120 offices specially equipped for coworking.
