Los Angeles talent and sports agency Creative Artists Agency (CAA) has announced that it will be moving from its current Century City offices at 2000 Avenue of the Stars to a new headquarters across the street.

Scheduled for 2026, the move will find CAA transition into the role of anchor tenant at Century City Center, an under-construction 37-story office tower at 1950 Avenue of the Stars developed by Chicago-based JMB Realty and designed by the L.A.-based Johnson Fain. Bjarke Ingels Group (BIG) will reportedly lead the design of the space.

The glassy, 700,000-square-foot (65,032 square meters) Johnson Fain-designed tower itself is set to feature dining and retail space along with two acres (0.8 hectares) of gardens and courtyards covering the entirety of a parking structure. When completed, the new Century City tower will also be accessible to the forthcoming Constellation/Century City Metro station that’s slated to open in 2025.
