Saint-Gobain Relocates to Bucharest Tower
The Romanian branch of French high-performance construction materials producer Saint-Gobain is to relocate to One Tower in Bucharest, where it has leased 1,400 square meters. Saint-Gobain Group, which specializes in lightweight and sustainable construction, will relocate its Bucharest offices to One Tower in April 2022.
The 16-story One Tower, which forms part of the One Floreasca City urban revitalization project, contains 23,750 square meters of leasable space. The developer of the project is Romanian company One United Properties.
Other companies that have chosen One Tower for their headquarters are McCann Worldgroup Romania, CBRE, Sanador, law firm CMS Romania, the Element group as well as the pharmaceutical companies Egis and Astellas.
