The tallest structure in a triple-tower mixed-use residential apartment project in Epping, Australia, has topped out. The uppermost floor on The Langston’s 29-story Langston Tower was completed, allowing the final phase of construction to start, including internal fit-out. Property developer, Cbus Property, placed a ceremonial magnolia tree atop Langston Tower to mark the occasion.

Featuring 462 premium residential apartments, The Langston will be set within a 2,750 square meter public plaza that adjoins a 2,100 square meter mixed-use retail precinct including a supermarket, cafés, restaurants, and a number of other retail tenancies.
