Construction on the Iconic Tower is reported to be 70 percent complete, with project completion anticipated by the end of 2022. Once completed, it is expected to be among the tallest towers in Africa. The building will have a total height of 385 meters, with 80 floors.

The building will house government offices and is part of Egypt’s New Administrative Capital. It is one of 20 towers currently under construction as part of the project.
