Plan for 1,500 New Homes Submitted in Glasgow
Stallan Brand has submitted plans for 1,500 homes on a former goods yard near Glasgow’s High Street
The practice, working with developer Get Living, was given planning permission for 727 rental homes and 99 student flats on the triangular site in 2018 but has now lodged proposals for a denser scheme.
The latest 85,600-square-meter plans contain 823 build-to-rent homes and 687 student homes alongside shops, cafés and restaurant and leisure uses.
The scheme includes a part-18, part-21 story tower as well as a further six blocks, which are between nine and 11 stories at their tallest.
