In Phnom Penh’s Chamkarmon, the PARC 21 Residence project has topped out at 22 stories with a height of 79.8 meters.

The project has started work on the infinity swimming pool and other amenities located on the roof deck, according to an article in Khmer Times. Amenities on the roof deck will include a fitness center, garden, and skybar.

Other amenities will include underground parking, and a backup generator.  

Once completed, the residential building will deliver 132 residential units, each with a balcony. The units will include studios, two- and three-bedroom apartments, and two- and three-bedroom penthouses. 

Completion is anticipated by June 2022.
