Office Tower and Retail Complex to Open in Shijiazhuang

On November 10th, the shopping mall franchise Vientiane City is slated to open its new location in Shijiazhuang. The project offers one of the largest sunken plazas in in the city, integrating retail, catering, entertainment, leisure, culture, recreation and other elements. 
 
The retail facility is part of the Shijiazhuang China Resources Vientiane City development, located at the intersection of Zhongshan Road and Zhonghua Street, near the Metro Line 1 and Line 3 interchange at Xinbai Square Station. The project spans a total land area of ​​51,000 square meters, a total construction area of ​​more than 560,000 square meters, 2,200 parking spaces, and a shopping mall. The development also features four new towers, two of which are planned for office use, while the other two will become hotels.  
 
The complex’s shopping center consists of one underground level and seven floors above ground, and plans to introduce more than 400 brands. The building is also planned to include a 1,900-seat cinema, as well as a large indoor amusement park with 15 rides.
