Henning Larsen's design for Boston Seaport Block L5 (One Boston Wharf Road), developed in collaboration with WS Development, will translate the character of Boston’s Fort Point neighborhood into a major new commercial hub for the city.

The mixed-use office and retail hub will be located in the city’s Seaport district. The 707,000-square-foot (65,682-square-meter) tower is primarily dedicated for office use but will also include space for a long-planned performing arts center in the district.

The project was presented to the Boston Civic Design Commission for review at its 2 February, 2021 meeting.
