New Hotel Opens in Abu Dhabi’s “Leaning” Tower

Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi occupies floors 18 to 33 within the Capital Gate building and is the world's furthest leaning hotel at an 18-degree incline.

Hyatt Hotels Corporation announced on November 5 the official opening of Andaz Capital Gate Abu Dhabi, turning the iconic Capital Gate Tower (otherwise known as the "Leaning Tower of Abu Dhabi") into the first Andaz in the Middle East.

The new hotel occupies floors 18 to 33 within the high-rise building, which notably leans at an 18-degree incline.

The hotel offers 189 rooms and suites, which have been designed to exude a sense of Arabian hospitality, including bespoke hospitality brand loungewear created by award-winning local designer Essa Walla. The facility also hosts multiple dining options, as well as a spa.
