A new proposal has been submitted for a site that has been attempting to redevelop since 1997.  The plans by David Walker Architects are for a 22-story City office block that will replace Tenther House at 45 Moorfields.

The submission states that it will include 34,880 square meters of office space, 556 square meters of retail, and 179 square meters of community space. This latest vision is the fourth set of proposals by the design firm. Numerous constraints, including planning policy and regulatory requirements, along with a detailed analysis of neighboring buildings and their relationship, have informed the parameters of the building envelope, massing, and organization.
