The Fontabella Corporate building in Guatemala City is in its third phase of construction. The mixed-use complex is located in Zone 10 of Guatemala City and it will consist of 33,000 square meters of office space. It has received an investment of US$22 million to date.

The building will be 16 stories tall. The bottom two stories will be commercial space, and the remaining 14 stories will be office space. The building will have five floors below ground for parking and a direct connection to Plaza Fontabella and the HF Hotel of the same complex. HQ Fontabella will have a heliport. Construction is estimated to be complete in October of 2020.

Construction began with the laying of the foundation at the end of 2018.

The building is in the process of obtaining a LEED certification. The builders have prioritized natural lighting and LED lights, cross ventilation, energy efficiency, water-saving systems and methods for the management of solid waste.
