Humaniti Montréal, set to open to the public in Summer 2020, will offer 314 rental units in a luxurious vertical tower. The building is billed as Montreal's first "smart vertical community," meaning that residents will be living in a "fully connected environment where rich and multi-sensory human experiences abound."

The expansive project will feature rental units, condominiums, a hotel, an office building, and commercial spaces. Residents will have complete access to all the building’s amenities.

In Spring 2020, Humaniti will welcome its first patrons to the Marriott boutique hotel, the first of its kind in the province of Quebec. The hotel will include an outdoor rooftop pool, gyms, a spa, and a gourmet restaurant.

Office spaces will also be a big feature, as WeWork will house its Montreal head office in the space.

Units will start at CAD$1,330 (US$950) a month, which includes every single hotel room and condo.

There will be 22 floors of the main tower dedicated to rental units, including studios, one-, two- and three-bedrooms, which will include access to the gym, spa, sky lounge, swimming pool, and valet parking. Most available units range from 345 to 1,190 square feet (32 to 111 square meters).

Prospective residents can visit a model unit and reserve a home starting now.

Currently, in its final stages of construction, the tower will be open to the public in July 2020.
