All apartments in a luxury project near Yotsuya Station sold out in the first round of sales held last month in September 2020.

The Residence Yotsuya Avenue and Garden forms part of the 2.4-hectare Co-Mo-Re Yotsuya Project, which includes a 31-story office tower and 39 retail stores. Unlike most projects of this size and scale, the residences were located in a seperate low-rise building.

The apartments went on sale during the 4th week of September 2020 with all 24 apartments available for sale receiving purchasing applications. A total of 215 applications were made by interested buyers with the most popular receiving 35 applications. Buyers were living in neighboring Chiyoda Ward. Most were in their 60s. Half were purchasing as a personal resident, while 16 percent were investors. 

Apartments range in size from 34.19 - 136.93 square meters (368 - 1,472 square feet). The building's basement is connected to the neighboring commerical tower, providing residents with direct access to shopping, supermarkets, clinics and other amenities.
