High-Rise Residential Project in San Salvador Refreshes Look

Trè Lum in San Salvador, a residential tower with 14 floors, recently refreshed the planned façade on the project. The building will deliver 70 apartments, with units ranging from 87 square meters to 160 square meters. The project from Inversiones Bolívar features amenities including a pool deck, gym, modern terrace on the upper floor, and a coworking space. Each unit will also have onsite storage and two parking spaces.

The building has a strategic location on La Mascota (minutes from the heart of San Benito), and highlights access to natural light in its design. With a focus on functional spaces and amenities for rest, well-being, recreation and remote work, the residential tower is targeting families with incomes from US$4,000.

Work is expected to begin in the third quarter of 2021, with project delivery 15 months later.
