A residential high-rise in Tegucigalpa was inaugurated on June 4, with a total project timeline of two years.

Located in front of Plaza Cipreses, NIVO Las Lomas has 15 stories, including five underground parking levels, one reception level, social areas and common areas, and 14 residential floors.

The project from Avance Ingenieros, Grupo MSP, and Desarrolladora Inmobiliaria Veintiuno features amenities including a multipurpose room, swimming pool, children's play area, gym, coworking area, games and entertainment area, and a roof terrace. The residential units include 1, 2, and 3-bedroom apartments, penthouses and townhouses.
