Parque 15 is the fourth Spectrum project developed under the theme of “parks,” and the first to include an intelligent automation system with the concept: the Spectrum Experience Center.

The Guatemalan developer announced its fourth vertical housing project featuring parks, and the first to integrate an intelligent automation system to give users greater comfort and safety.

Parque 15 has three apartment towers that will be in Zone 15 of Guatemala City, as part of a complex with an area of 57,000 square meters. In total, it will house six basement floors with 700 parking spaces, 322 apartments, and two towers of 18 and 13 stories.

According to the planning and housing development manager of Spectrum, Carlos Cacera, the first level of the three towers will be exclusively dedicated to the complex’s amenities. The excavation work began in February of 2019 and is expected to be completed as follows: the A tower is slated for completion in October 2019, the B tower is scheduled for December of 2020, and the C tower is estimated to completed during the first half of 2021. The total investment in this development is estimated to be around US$40 million.

Parque 15 will include an intelligent automation system of services and access. It will have Google Assistant functionality for lighting, access, music, and other controls. In addition, it will be controlled remotely by means of mobile devices.
