The Director of Taspen A.N.S. Kosasih together with Mitsubishi Estate Group Managing Director Masato Aikawa and Japanese Ambassador to the Republic of Indonesia Kanasugi Kenji laid the first stone of the Green Energy Superblock Oasis Central Sudirman in Jakarta, Tuesday, 31 January, 2023.

This development is an optimization of Taspen's land which is located on Jl. Gen. Sudirman Kav.2 Central Jakarta. The development was carried out by Mitsubishi Estate., Co. Ltd. 

The location of the site is located in a Transit Oriented Development (TOD) area which is close to several stations of mass transportation modes such as the MRT, LRT, Airport Sky Train, KRL and Busway.
