Philippines-based developer Filigree is launching several new luxury projects in 2020. 

The company's past projects have performed well, such as The Enclave Alabang. The 13-hectare tropical modern subdivision on Daang Hari is home to a club house and is near Central Park.

Bristol at Parkway Place has also been selling space quickly due to its address at the high-demand Filinvest City’s Millionaires’ Row. Units in the 40-story tower are almost sold out and plans are now under way for another high-rise residential development also along Millionaires' Row.
Botanika Nature Residences is a green condo development proves that received a four-star rating from the Building for Ecologically Responsive Design Excellence (BERDE). Filigree will soon launch Botanika Tower 2, which will offer one-bedroom units that were not available in the first. A sky lounge and function room are also included in the plan, and like the first tower, the new building will follow the same green principles and will be connected to the central garden.

The firm's latest project is a luxury project outside Metro Manila in the Leisure City of Filinvest Mimosa+ in Clark, Pampanga. The development will feature access to clear views of Mimosa Golf Course.
