Construction Completed on Miami-Dade Apartment Tower

13th Floor Investments and Adler Group, in collaboration with Miami-Dade County Transportation & Public Works have announced that Motion at Dadeland, a mixed-use project next to the Dadeland North Metrorail station, has officially completed construction and is welcoming its first residents. Motion at Dadeland was developed in partnership with Barings LLC, one of the world’s largest diversified real estate investment managers, which owns the property on behalf of institutional investors. Civic Construction acted as general contractor and played an instrumental role in executing the project on time and under budget.

Designed by Corwil Architects, Motion at Dadeland, a 25-story building featuring 294 luxury rental apartments and just under 8,000 square-feet (743 square meters) of retail space, is a multifamily community of apartments in the heart of Miami.  Located on South Dixie Highway, Miami, Florida, Motion at Dadeland sits directly adjacent to the Dadeland North Metrorail Station and the Dadeland Station retail center.

The transit-oriented development is intended to provide residents the opportunity to live adjacent to the Metrorail and be connected to the best that Miami has to offer without needing to worry about a car or traffic.

Motion at Dadeland is a class-A multifamily development featuring condo-quality finishes with sweeping views of Biscayne Bay and Downtown Miami. Its amenities include a modern lobby, double-height amenity level on the sixth floor, fully-equipped fitness center with bay and skyline views, expansive pool deck, poolside cabanas, communal sun loungers, covered seating, media room, party lounge and a co-working center for its residents.

The completion of Motion at Dadeland will be celebrated with a ribbon cutting event, taking place on 11 April 2019. The ceremony will be led by Miami-Dade County Mayor Carlos A. Giménez, Miami-Dade Director of Transportation and Public Works Alice Bravo, and the project’s development team.
