Bouygues Immobilier and Sogeprom are launching Quai Neuf at the entrance to Bordeaux. The mixed-use complex will deliver 770 residences, as well as one office building and 20 retail spaces. The planned residential mix of housing includes social and student housing. Residents will have access to all city services within 15 minutes.

Biodiversity will be supported, in particular with 100 new trees planted and 6,500 meter square of green spaces, with a Biodivercity label targeted. The office building will target BREEAM certification. Other measures will include limiting impermeable surfaces and installing green roofs.

Featured Buildings

Quai Neuf will be part of the strong trend of new forms of mobility already practiced in the Bordeaux metropolis by integrating the “walking plan” as follows: experimenting with a “walking station” located on pedestrian routes, setting up signage encouraging walking, integrating of the use of the bicycles in buildings and roads, in particular with adaptable bases, and finally intermodality (mobility services, a BHNS relay point in car parks).
