Reservations have recently opened for the 14-story Hyatt Place and Hyatt House Houston Medical Center at 7329 Fannin St., Houston, less than two miles from NRG Stadium, Texas Children’s Hospital and the M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. The new space was confirmed open at the end of February 2023.

The project features 5,900 square feet (548 square meters) of meeting and event space, and a 2,000-square-foot (185-square-meter) rooftop pool deck. Both spaces offer multiple amenities, including event space, dining and drink amenities, a 24-hour fitness center and more. Hyatt Place has 157 guest rooms and Hyatt House has 141 guest rooms.
