A new 12-story housing complex, Armonía Apartments, is proposed for Guatemala City by RV4 Desarrollos. It will prioritize green and outdoor space.

The vertical housing complex will be located on Calzada Atanasio Tzul and zone 12 of Guatemala City, in front of the Plaza Madero shopping center. It will have 11 apartment configurations, ranging from one to three bedrooms.

According to plans, it is expected to be completed during the last quarter of 2023. "As part of the innovation that characterizes RV4 Desarrollos, Armonía Apartamentos stands out for its technology systems to guarantee the comfort and safety of residents and its design approach to offer spacious and ventilated spaces," said a statement.

Within these systems, everything related to home automation and automation, as well as access and security systems, will be a main focal point. The apartment tower will have a total of 215 housing units and six basements for parking cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
