The CTBUH Canada Chapter is excited to announce its next event - a construction tour of the CIBC SQUARE development located between Bay and Yonge just south of Front St.

The construction tour runs from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm, please arrive on time as there will be little grace period before the tour starts and you may miss the tour otherwise.

Following the tour there is a hosted networking session - Location *TBD* and information will be sent to attendees upon finalizing the venue.

Through a partnership between Ivanhoé Cambridge and Hines, architects WilkinsonEyre and Adamson Associates along with structural engineer RJC Engineers have designed 2 world-class office towers totalling 3 million square feet that house an art program and an elevated park that is open to the public. CIBC SQUARE is designed to bring people together and offer exceptional, forward-thinking features and amenities. It is a groundbreaking accomplishment that connects the Financial Core to the South Core and Waterfront. The Park, which spans over the rail corridor, is the first of its kind in Canada.

The construction tour will showcase unique and interesting features of the development such as the 81 Bay Canopy, Level 4 Sky Lobby, Overbuild Park, and parts of the currently under construction 141 Bay.

Hosted by Hines, Adamson, RJC Engineers, and EllisDon - CTBUH Canada is pleased to offer participants, guided, small-group tours, each demonstrating specific aspects of the project. Following the tour, participants are invited to a networking event where they may have informal discussions with the Project Team.
