The ONE

The ONE is Canada’s tallest residential building and its first supertall skyscraper as defined by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat. It’s 85 levels at 1005ft will pierce the Toronto skyline becoming both a slender new landmark for the city and 416 elegant homes of unrivalled quality. Design features such as the lattice-like exoskeleton will surely create the country's most unique (and elevated) address.

World-renowned architects Foster+Partners have created a one-of-a-kind structure uniquely suited to this prime location right in the beating heart of Yorkville, the centre of the city’s commercial and cultural life. Inside and out The One offers limitless elegance, with truly adaptable interior floor plans and exterior inter-connecting gardens, the home becomes a crafted oasis. At street level space and transparency brings a new grace and style to the city.

The construction tour will showcase unique and interesting features of the project such as the ground floor anchor tenant space, mid-mechanical levels, and construction techniques for the jump-formed core.

Hosted by Mizrahi, CORE Architects, and RJC Engineers, CTBUH Canada is pleased to offer participants guided, small group tours, each demonstrating specific aspects of the project. Following the tour, participants are invited to the Pilot for networking and informal discussions with the Project Team.
