About the Event

Join the CTBUH Philadelphia Chapter as architect, TV host, producer and director Danny Forster of Danny Forster & Architecture discusses the complexities and strategies for executing high-rise, urban infill, volumetric steel modular, a specific subset of modular his firm is utilizing for the Manhattan AC Hotel by Marriott. Through the examination of this project, soon to be among the tallest modular hotels in the United States, Forster will explore expressions of the modular approach for emerging hospitality typologies.

Additionally, Forster will seek to dispel some common misunderstandings about the presumptive value proposition of modular, while highlighting the material benefits with regard to schedule, quality, and cost certitude.
