The CTBUH French Chapter in partnership with ABB and OTIS is pleased to welcome you for a presentation followed by a visit to the La Félicité real estate development. This major restructuring of a major Parisian asset (increased to 43,621 m2), classified as a high-rise building (IGH), offers a mix of programs (209 housing units, including 90 social ones; approximately 9,750 m² of offices; a hotel with 147 rooms and a youth hostel with 404 beds; shops, a market, a cultural space; urban agriculture on the roof terraces of the wings of the central building), and is located in a historic district of the capital. The development was awarded two prizes at MIPIM in the most prestigious international competition, the MIPIM Awards 2023, and is exemplary of future practices in the world of construction.
