The CTBUH France Chapter is pleased to welcome you for a discussion on modular and configurable architecture in housing and to preview the prototype of a prefabricated construction module, launched by Bouygues Immobilier. 

In the collective unconscious, the loft refers to an old workshop or warehouse transformed into housing, with a high ceiling and no partitioning. The prototype is a new accommodation without load-bearing wall (open floor) with a high ceiling (2.70m). The prototype was developed by studying user lifestyles, with the goal of reaching a sustainable solution.
