From the project of four towers in the Business Area to Espacio Caleido. Espacio Caleido and the “fith tower” is complete with leisure and education in an area of Madrid devoted mainly to offices. The urban space between the four tallest buildings in Madrid has been humanized, with people seven days a week and more than 12 hours per day. What are the keys of this success? Join CTBUH Spain for their inaugural walking tour to find out.

The tour will consist of a brief talk explaining the history, followed by a tour of the five buildings that share the same urban square.
