Vincent Tse (WSP Managing Director, Building MEP, China Region) in his capacity as Chairman, CTBUH HK Chapter, hosted the CTBUH Hong Kong Chapter Inauguration and Evening Seminar at the Ritz Carlton Hotel, International Commerce Centre, Hong Kong on Thursday 11 April 2019. 

The ceremony was joined by renowned speakers, Robert Whitlock (Design Principal, KPF) and Dennis Poon (Vice Chairman, Thornton Tomasetti), who shared their experiences and insights of innovative tall buildings, urban spaces, building technologies, and construction practices from around the world.
