The Council is pleased to announce that its Young Professionals Committees have been rebranded as “Future Leaders” Committees (FLCs). These Committees, located in key cities around the world, will continue to serve as thriving incubators for the next generation of CTBUH Leaders on a global scale, holding events and facilitating mentorship opportunities with established professionals in the CTBUH network.

In the interest of growing this initiative to a wider audience, Chairs of each local Committee will comprise the Future Leaders Global Committee, with Ilkay Can-Standard (New York City)  serving as the Global Committee Chair. The “Future Leaders” Global Committee will be collaborative, working together to develop ideas for new events and initiatives, which will be passed down to the local Committees. This new structure will aid in the creation of new FLCs and establish a critical knowledge-sharing platform for emerging talent in the tall building industry.
