It is close to Fushan Bay, overlooking the cultural features of Badaguan building complex in the west, and Wusi Square, the Olympic Sailing Center and the Hong Kong Road business district in the East.

Based on the overall concept of "international standards, domestic first-class, coastal leading," the under-construction project plans to complete three towers, with a total construction area of 490,000 square meters. The urban complex integrates seven primary functions, namely: a Super-5A-class office building, the five-star Haitian Hotel, the St. Regis hotel in Shandong Province, the Cloud Art Center, an observation deck, the Cloud Diamond Club, the Haitian Mall and Haitian Mansion. Guided by the principles of "green Haitian," “scientific and technological Haitian," “humanistic Haitian” and “intelligent Haitian," the project adopts a number of the world's leading technical standards.
