On 4 April, the team that delivered the 42-story Artiz Meireles in Fortaleza, Brazil, celebrated its completion and grand opening. The residential building, which sold all units, will welcome the new residents to move in.  

The development is unique in supporting artworks throughout, including a panel by the artist Vando Figueiredo that composes the façade. This high-tech and sustainable building has also been recognized with a green certification.
