Dr. Zhu Chen is the executive Chief Architect, the dean of the Innovative and Research Bureau of Huayi Design, and also the Chief manager of the Science and Research department. Dr. Chen finished her doctoral study at Hong Kong University and majored in the research of green architecture, low carbon design, and intelligent city planning.
