Zale is a LEED AP and PMP certified Senior Project Manager with 30 years professional experience in the construction industry. Formally trained as an Architect and registered with the Ontario Association of Architects, Zale received his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from University of Toronto. As part of the Executive Team at GCL Builds, he brings a multifaceted perspective of the industry to his projects, having functioned as an Architect at a high profile architecture firm, and then functioning for several years as a Senior Contract Administrator. Zale’s project experience includes an array of typologies including performance theatres, large scale mixed use developments, academic facilities, healthcare projects and high rise multifamily residential.
