Zafer Kabadayi joined Jardine Schindler Group as New Installations Sales Director on 1 February 2021.
Prior to this, Zafer was the Managing Director of Schindler Turkey, accountable for all company business activities in accordance with the strategies, policies, and values of Schindler in Turkey and other eight distributor countries in the region.
Since Zafer joined Schindler Turkey in 2012, he has held various positions in several areas including Existing Installation Director & Field Operations Director. He was appointed as New Installations Sales Director in 2015, before taking on the Managing Director role in 2016.
Prior to joining Schindler, Zafer spent the early part of his career at Honeywell Building Solutions, where he worked in various roles from project engineer to Field Service Leader.
Zafer graduated from Istanbul Technical University with major in Mechanical Engineer.
