Zafer Kabadayi is the New Installations Sales Director at Jardine Schindler Group (JSG) for the last 3 years. Located in Hong Kong, he not only drives sales in 11 countries in Southeast Asia but also leads the innovation and integration initiatives at JSG, focusing on leveraging cutting-edge technology and sustainable solutions to enhance urban mobility and infrastructure.

Prior to joining JSG, Zafer served as the Managing Director of Schindler Turkey, overseeing all business activities across Turkey and eight distributor countries, while adhering to Schindler’s strategic vision and values.

Since beginning his career at Schindler Turkey in 2012, Zafer has held various leadership positions, including Existing Installation Director and Field Operations Director, Sales Director and lasty Managing Director.

Before his time at Schindler, Zafer worked at Honeywell Building Solutions from 2000 to 2012, where he held roles ranging from Project Engineer to Project Manager and Field Service Leader.

Zafer graduated from Istanbul Technical University with a degree in Mechanical Engineering.
